Garbage tidbits and rumours
* The next Garbage singles have the following release dates: Sex Is Not The Enemy (UK) should be released on June 13th, while Europe’s single, “Run Baby Run” should be released on June 20th, with a video around the beggining of the same month.
* Some of the b-sides that weren’t released from Bleed Like Me’s album recordings have the following working titles: Honey Bee, Hanging with the Bitches, Never Be (Free?) and Guilty. No official word has been said about this b-sides or to which will be released on this singles.
* On a Washington Post Interview, Butch said he hopes to put together a box set of B-sides and rarities, hopefully including “Go Pack Go,” a crunchy stadium-style update of the Green Bay Packers chant by the 6 Packers (recorded on tour by the Madison crew, No Doubt and the Distillers). He also said “I’ve been bugging the band for a few years to make what I call ‘the bummer record,’ all really slow, Leonard Cohen-style songs, just super depressing yet intimate, because I love Shirley’s voice on those kinds of things. I think we could make an amazing record that would probably be commercial suicide!”
* Recent *rumours* state that “Sex Is Not The Enemy” may be the soundtrack for a comercial advert in the UK. No official word or confirmation has been said about this: either if there will indeed be a comercial nor for what brand. Recent *fan speculations* point this possible advert to Coke.
